Joshua 23-24
God's unfathomable Love

Joshua says his final words to the people of Israel, He reminds them what wondrous things God did for them. How God made true all of the good promises that He promised, but he warms them that God can also make true all the bad promises that He promised if His people will abandon God and turn to other gods.
"But you shall cling to the Lord your God just as you have done to this day" (Ch.23 verse 8)
"Be very careful, therefore, to love the Lord your God" (Ch.23 verse 11)
"Now therefore fear the Lord and serve Him in sincerity and faithfulness" (Ch.24 verse 14)
"But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord" (Ch. 24 verse 15)
God's nation got their promised land and later on Joshua lays to rest.
So many is said in these two chapters, and I wanted to highlight these four verses because they touched me and I want to share them with you.
Today...
Each of these verses could be discussed for days, but when you look at these two chapters overall Joshua is saying that people should do the things God said to do because they love God, they should fear to hurt or disobey God.
God did so much for his people, all those miracles that were done in Egypt, all the marvelous things he did in the dessert for them, all the impossible things he did when people were fighting with other nations ; God was on their side fought with them. He showed His people just how much he cares and how much He loves them
God loves people so much He sent His Son down here not only to die for our sins but also to battle the Devil.
He loves people so much that He wants to save each and everyone of them no matter how deep in sins they are.
It's an unfathomable love, no one can fully understand it, but God loves us and truly cares for us, he wants to give us an everlasting life, He wants to have a real relationship with people.
